Marshalls was set up in 1997 by Denyse Marshall a solicitor who qualified in 1985 and who still runs the firm. We are a high street solicitors’ practice so you can be sure that you are receiving advice from a fully qualified and regulated solicitor. We offer swift, practical advice on a range of matters. We understand that consulting a solicitor can be stressful and we aim to be friendly and approachable. A large percentage of our work, comes from personal recommendation from past clients and we also conduct a great deal of repeat work for clients who have returned to us over the years, for advice.

We will visit you at home if you have a disability and live within a 20 miles radius of Plymouth, Devon.

In some cases, we accept payment by instalments (please ask for details).

Paralegal
Denyse’s assistant is Jo Rundle, who has been with the firm since 2001. Jo is educated to degree level and has a BSc (Hons) in technology and business studies. Over the years, she has gained a great deal of knowledge under Denyse’s supervision.
